Chakra balancing with essential oils is a quick and easy way to help restore balance in your life.
Chakras are the energy centers through which your life energy flows through your body. When they become imbalanced you may find yourself feeling sluggish physically, emotionally, and/or spiritually. When you notice yourself feeling a bit out of whack then chakra balancing can help you get back on track…and one great way to balance your chakras is with essential oils.
Why balance your chakras?
It only takes a couple of minutes. Using essential oils is one of the easiest ways to tap into plant spirit medicine, and you have the highest vibrational frequency of any measures natural substance supporting you in restoring your balance and helping your energy flowing more freely through you again.
How to balance your chakras with essential oils
It is very easy only takes about a minute or two.
Starting with your root chakra, apply 2-3 drops of the doTERRA essential oil in a clockwise direction on each chakra. Then work your way through the rest of your chakras to your crown chakra.
I also like applying a couple of drops of the Balance blend to the bottom of my feet, before I start. As well, as running my hands along my aura afterwards to help ‘seal it’ for overall healing, balancing and centering.
For an added boost, my friend and fellow doTERRIAN, Renee from @Pureoils, teaches to cup your hands in front of your nose when you are done applying the oils to your chakras. Then breathe in the scent of the combine oils for a moment. Then sit quietly for a moment and visualise yourself being filled with light energy, visualise you goals, repeat some affirmations or mantras, or just enjoy a moment of peace and quiet before starting your day.
Do this practice daily to get the most from it…and it is a great way to start your day.
If you find you have sensitive skin, or when using a hotter oils, such as lemongrass, then it is good practice to use a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil to dilute your essential oils before applying on your skin.
